Upon arrival in Pisa, settle into your accommodation and spend the remaining time exploring the charming town. Discover the iconic Leaning Tower, Pisa Cathedral, and the historic Piazza dei Miracoli at your leisure.
Overnight in Pisa
Depart Pisa and head to Lucca for a Bike & Bite Tour. Cycle around the city walls, through secret passages, and hidden spots, all while learning about the city’s history. Savor a local food tasting with delicious cheeses, cured meats, extra virgin olive oil, and wine. You’ll finish the tour with a visit to the best gelato parlor in Lucca, before returning to Pisa.
Overnight in Lucca
Experience truffle hunting in the forests of San Miniato with a knowledgeable guide and canine truffle hunter. Learn about different truffles found in Tuscany and enjoy guided fresh truffle hunting. After the truffle hunt, indulge in a homemade truffle sampling, where you’ll savor various truffle-infused dishes prepared right in front of you. After the experience, transfer to Florence and check into your accommodation.
Overnight in Florence
The first day in the capital of Tuscany will be more cuisine-oriented. You will participate in a fun-filled cooking class, where you’ll pick fresh ingredients from the estate garden and learn the art of pizza making from expert chefs. Prepare your pizza and enjoy it straight from the wood fire oven. Then, create your own gelato and relish the sweet treat with your fellow guests.
Overnight in Florence
On day 5, you can choose between two active adventures: a Florence City Bike Tour or a Vintage Vespa Tour. The bike tour takes you on a laid-back ride around Florence, visiting landmarks such as Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, and Piazza della Signoria. Alternatively, the Vespa tour lets you explore the hills and backroads of Tuscany on a perfectly restored vintage Vespa. Whichever tour you choose, you’ll experience a unique and memorable day in or around Florence.
