Pause at secluded beaches, such as La Porta, where you can swim and snorkel in crystal-clear waters. Take in stunning views of natural rock formations, such as the “Arc of Lovers,” and coastline landmarks, including the historic hotel “Il Saraceno” and the Santa Rosa Monastery.

The tour ends in Positano, where your next accommodation is waiting for you. You can spend the rest of the day exploring the charming town and its many attractions, including the Church of Santa Maria Assunta and the beautiful Spiaggia Grande beach.

Begin your day with a bus ride to Montepertuso and embark on a stunning walk high above the valley of Positano. Explore ancient footpaths as you hike through the forest, taking in breathtaking viewpoints and cliffside walking. Your destination is the Santa Maria al Castello, an ancient fortress that once guarded the valley between the Amalfi and Sorrentine peninsulas.

Admire the stunning engineering of the “Tse-Tse” steps, which offer views of both the Gulf of Salerno and the Gulf of Naples. Follow a leisurely trail through a park-like landscape and wooded area to reach the foresters’ house, Caserna Forestale. Begin your day with a journey to Pompeii, where you will explore the incredible archaeological site of the ruined Roman town. See the natural arch that overlooks the sea and grottos, visit the Augustus Gardens, and choose to shop, relax, or have lunch by the sea in Marina Piccola. Return to Marina Grande to catch your boat back to Sorrento, and savor the island’s charm without being caught in the hustle and bustle of mass tourism.
